A licensed Realtor since January, 1980.  I have lived in Cleveland, OH my entire adult life.

My dedication to quality has led me to earn the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI).  The GRI is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. The GRI entails in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

Buying property is a complex and stressful task.  In fact, its often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime.  At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.

New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.

GRI designees:

--Have pursued a course of study that represents the minimum common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals.

--Have developed a solid foundation and skills to navigate the current real estate climate – no matter what its condition.

--Are recognized nationally.

--Act with professionalism and are committed to serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.

My memberships include:

National Association of Realtors

Ohio Association of Realtors

Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors

Past President of the Cleveland Realtists Association

Recipient of the William Hamilton National Award from the National Association of Real Estate Brokers

Served on the Design Review committee for the city of Cleveland Planning Commission.  This committee is made up of design professionals and representatives of the local community.  All new construction and exterior alterations to buildings and structures had to get approved from this committee to protect property values and enhance the character and visual image of Cleveland’s neighborhoods and downtown.
